Deprecated Cactus Genomic Alignments

Deprecated Zoonomia 242-way mammalian alignment
Note, this is the alignment used in the paper analysis. Subsequently, an error was discovered that impacts the alignment quality between primates and non-primates. This is corrected in the 241-way mammalian alignment, which removed a duplicate genome (Carlito_syrichta) from primates.
